I’ve never really been interested in yoga before. I one class at uni where the tutor was a little old lady who spent the first 20 minutes of the class rambling on about not much at all. The class just felt like light stretching and left feeling uninspired, mentally crossing yoga off my list of things that I might like to do. Plus I always feel like I need to sweat to work out.
But, after seeing a few things about yoga lately, including the video below, I’m feeling inspired to give it another go.

Funny, have been thinking I really want to try yoga, but I can’t find a morning class. Thinking about getting a DVD from the library.
I’ve done Bikram before, and it was honestly one of the most difficult workouts I’ve ever done!

I might get a DVD as there aren’t really any classes here. Apparently we’re getting a Bikram yoga studio in July/August so I’ll definitely check that out when it comes.
