Happy Monday! I generally dread Mondays because I love my weekends so much, but sometimes there’s something nice about starting a fresh, a brand new week to start it exactly how you please.

For the next two weeks, my goals are:
- Go to cross fit 2-3 times a week
- Run 5k
- Make my lunches vegetable based
- Cut down on sweet treats
