Well I’ve completed my challenge of doing a plank a day for four weeks. You can read more about it here I have to say I did miss some days, but all in all, the challenge helped keep me motivated and accountable to strengthen my core.
And the end result?? I could hold a plank for 1 min 44. 9 seconds, a total of 35 seconds longer than week one. I do think I could have possibly done better as in my last week and a half I missed quite a few days, but all in all a definite improvement. I also feel like my abs are more defined and I know that it’s great for my running posture.
