- This made me laugh! While some people are genuinely gluten intolerant or have celiac disease which means eating gluten has serious health side effects, many people believe that gluten is bad for them, when in fact it isn’t. Feel free to eat gluten! Found via Veronica Loves Archie

- Mama Mia on giving up sugar, gluten and everything else. This article was published on Mama Mia last week and it hit a cord with me. Seems like there are so many people giving up something or everything – sugar, gluten, dairy, wheat…. And it’s really not necessary (unless you really have an allergy)
- At the other end of the scale, this is an interesting article about someone living day to day with serious food allergies

Well we don’t need sugar per say, but some sugar is ok in my mind. Some people get way too much. I’ve done one on fructose – http://eatwellnz.co.nz/archives/1526. Much of the research on sugar is around fructose – table sugar is a mix of sucrose and fructose. Planning on doing another post around sugar 🙂
