It’s no secret that I love nuts. Many of my recipes contain nuts and they’re a favourite snack of mine. To celebrate the goodness of nuts, I’m doing a give away. You could win a delicious prize pack of the nut varieties pictured above.
Nuts are a fantastic source of many essential nutrients, contain protein, fibre and heart healthy fats. My favourites are almonds, pistachios and cashews, although I do love them all!
To win, simply comment below with what Eat Well NZ recipe that has nuts in the ingredients you’d like to try and share this post on Facebook with the like button at the top of the post. You can browse through my recipes here.
Winner will be drawn on Monday 10th November after 7pm and notified by email.

I don’t even know where to start … I know people don’t like brussel sprouts, but I do! So the brussel sprouts with pecans and cranberries are up there alongside the spring quinoa salad with pistachios. Can’t say know to pistachios! I also love my beans and legumes (and I frequently cheat on my kids by mixing lentils into the bolognese sauce), so the lentil salad with hazle nut pesto has also been saved. And once I am rolling around because I overate, I will finish the meal with a coffee and the lemon and pistachio biscotti 😛
I am glad I found this site, so much inspiration!
Cheers
