My “little less” is coffee and my “little more” is Cross Fit. I’ve been drinking a bit too much of coffee over the past few months for my liking. It’s one of those things I’ve been meaning to reduce, but I just haven’t quite got there but this is the kick start I need to do it. The aim is one coffee a day. I’m also wanting to do more Cross Fit to build up my strength (I have such a weak upper body!). I was going three times a week before marathon training, but dropped it back to focus on running. Now my marathon’s over, there’s no excuses. Cross Fit here I come!
