For me, keeping track of my fitness progress helps keep me motivated and pushes me to improve. Usually I use my phone but I’m always terrified of dropping it, I hate wearing the phone arm bands so it means when I run with the dog, I have both hands full! So I’ve been on the look out for something new.
There are lots of devices out track fitness, but the ultimate in fitness watches is the TomTom Spark Cardio + Music watch. It’s pretty cool! Here’s are it’s features:
- It is a 24/7 activity tracking watch which captures your steps, distance, active minutes and calories burned.
- It has GPS tracking and will give you time, distance, speed, pace as you exercise.
- You can track running, biking, swimming and treadmill workouts too.
- It has a built in heart rate monitor – no waist band required.
- You can store over 500 songs in the watch – no carrying around an ipod or phone anymore (you just need some wireless bluetooth headphones)
- It has a audio performance feedback feature so you know how your workout is going
- It tracks sleep
As you can see, it pretty much does everything!
To celebrate reaching over 10,000 likes on Facebook, and as a Christmas/New Years I’m giving one of these babies away! Competition will be drawn on the 3rd of January 2016.

My routine consists of running minimum 3 x 5km courses around our neighbour hood including the beach, i keep motivated by mixing up 3 separate courses and having the beach makes for a pleasant scene. I’m not one to carry or attach anything to me for sounds but a TomTom Spark Cardio + Music watch i hadn’t heard of but reading up sound perfect given data and sounds capacity i’d love to own and would use to not only record my data but having music would be a bonus for me and probably help drive me to go further in my fitness program.

I have a couple of fab friends spread around the world, who got me started on my road to a healthy lifestyle and who keep me motivated. I returned home after 14 years abroad and have struggled to find work….and as a result, have really struggled to eat well and to keep a regular routine of appropriate exercise. I am hoping for a renewed focus on a healthy lifestyle in 2016!

My fav way to keep motivated is going to the gym – we moved here six months ago and I didn’t know anyone, didn’t have a job and had my 2 year old daughter in my care. The gym offered free childcare so I saw it as a means to an end. Turns out I love it, have met heaps of awesome people, and get fit as well 🙂 Love it!
Katrina

I like to run, and I was doing boxfit twice a week, but I couldn’t keep up with my endurance run training when I’d done a hard-out boxfit session !! So now that I’ve got a race (goal to keep me motivated) in February 2016, I’m concentrating on the run training.
Also have a powerhoop for daily 10min sessions.

I have over the past few months started running and have suprised myself at how well I am doing. I have always wanted to run and have some goals for 2016 to enter some marathons. Something I never thought I would be able to do but it is amazing when you put your mind to something what you can achieve. I’m a busy full time working mamma to a busy 2 year old cub and have in the past used my busy lifestyle as an excuse to not be able to find the time. Since starting running a few months ago I had never felt better and am in such a stronger mind state. Still a long way to go but I have set some good plans and goals to get me there. Would lobe to win this to help keep me stay on Track and help track my progress. I love following your page ?

I find that tracking the time, distance and calories burned by exercise is a great way for me to stay motivated. It allows me to see when I am performing well, but also lets me know when I’m not getting enough exercise and should prioritise my workouts more.
I would LOVE to win a TomTom Spark Cardio + Music Watch! It will help me keep my fitness on track (whilst playing music to keep me motivated). I have had a huge lifestyle change the last few years and it would help me to stay on track and to take my fitness to the next level.

The best way is to combine getting fit with every day life – mow the lawn yourself instead of getting someone else to do it. Walk or jog down to the shops instead of driving. These are the best ways I find to get fit.
Rebecca Taylor
To keep fit for myself I love heading to work on my bike, or going to the beach with a friend and the dog and walking for miles, and boggy boarding is always fun! I love being active outdoors and with other people – something to monitor this would be great 🙂

My fav way to keep fit is running and some form of circuit. The best way I find to keep motivated is to not feel bad if I can only do a small amount of excercise. Anything is better than nothing and to keep it fun and simple as you are more likely to stick to it 🙂

I stay motivated by working on my nutrition at home with my husband. It’s so much easier when you’re in it together. Also, after having my third child & turning 40 in 2015 I found new motivation in a Mums n Bubs bootcamp fitness class. It’s so awesome to be around likeminded people in the same boat as I am with fitness goals. I find myself saying things like I can’t do that on Monday because I have bootcamp! This page is also very motivational because it gives me simple, straightforward nutritional advice that I find easy to incorporate into my lifestyle. Thanks 🙂
